Returns & Exchange
All products purchased from impressiononline.net can be exchanged within 3 days only if:
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Below is the course of action:
- Impression Online must be informed within 3 days of delivery by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and calling at +92-300-8204096.
- Your email must contain the photographic evidence of the defective item(s) at email@example.com and Whatsapp us at +92-300-8204096, to proceed with exchange or return process.
- Replacement on domestic orders will be sent once the defected/faulty/damaged item(s) is received by Impression Online. Claims on all national (outside Karachi) orders will be dealt on a case-to-case basis.
- Impression online has authority to refuse any exchange if the return process is not followed by the customer.
- There are some cases where Impression Online will not accept any returns & exchanges. Such cases include, but are not limited to the following:
- Sale items
- Exchange or return request is made outside the specified time frame (after 3 days)
- Product is damaged because of use
- Product has been tampered
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
Impression Online does not offer any “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items, except in-case of prepayments where the items are Sold-out or contain any manufacturing defects.
In-case of refund, your payment will be credited directly in your account/credit/debit card within 10 days once the item is returned.
Impression Online reserves the right to change their “Exchange and Return” policy, without any prior notification.
